Rakuten Viber has introduced a new solution that further strengthens its position on the path to becoming a comprehensive digital service. The newly launched feature, called Viber Ads Manager, is designed to support promotional activities.
This self-service tool was created to give small and medium-sized businesses full control over their marketing campaigns. Powered by Adslot technology, it now offers direct access to Viber’s vast global user base.

The new system provides flexibility through a “pay as you go” model, allowing users to manage their budgets independently. Customized packages are tailored to meet the diverse needs and capacities of various clients.
Launching an advertising campaign is simplified into three easy steps: selecting the target audience and suitable package, defining the campaign duration and investment amount (with a minimum of €100), and finally – activating the content.
According to Kristina Konstadače, Chief Revenue Officer at Rakuten Viber, the goal is to build a digital ecosystem that enables companies of all sizes to effectively utilize communication channels for business purposes.
